Seals (below 900mm) & Wheels / Rollers = An Post. Allow 2 - 5 days.

Wheels / Rollers - Postal service- allow 5-10 days.
We no longer ship seals over 900mm to GB

We ship shower door rollers (no seals). Small additional cost. See drop downs.

Time

Shower doors - We generally deliver over 90% of all 'in stock' doors within two working days (if ordered before 3PM). Timed & Saturday deliveries are not available.
Wheels & Small Parts - Delivered by An Post - generally 2-3 working days nationwide. PLEASE NOTE : THEY CAN TAKE UP TO TWO WEEKS over Christmas & after bank holidays.

Seals / Gaskets - shorter lengths are by standard An Post 2000mm by courier. Both are generally 2-5 working days.

Missed Deliveries

Our couriers will attempt to deliver to you twice. If you are not available, the driver will leave a card with a reference number. Please call and give the reference number. We can then either arrange for re-delivery or you can collect from the local depot.

Signing for Goods

On signing for the goods, even if you write the words "Unchecked" or similar on the delivery note; then you are accepting that the goods arrived in good condition. Please check all goods upon arrival for any signs of damage. Once the goods are signed for, they become your responsibility. Transit damage to the goods, shortages, or incorrect goods supplied, must be noted on upon delivery of consignment or within 48 hours either by telephone or email. Please remember we are dealing with fragile products and accidents can happen. In such an event we will be as helpful as possible in resolving any issues.If we are not notified of any damages or shortages within 24 hours we are unable to claim from the manufacturer.
You therefore agree to indemnify us in full; for any losses we suffer as a result of your failure to notify us within this time.If someone else is signing for the goods on your behalf you agree to advise them that the goods must be checked, and you accept full responsibility for any loss or damage if they sign on your behalf and fail to check. You also agree to indemnify us in full for any losses we suffer as a result of you or your agent accepting goods and signing a delivery note without thoroughly checking the goods for damage.

Returned Goods & Cancelled Orders

Please return enclosing a copy of your invoice & the reason for return or request for an exchange.

Returning Wheels & Seals

  • Returned within 14 days of receiving your order
  • Goods must be in re-sale-able condition
  • 2m seals can be returned using Fastway , Parcel 2 Go etc. (In the original tube.) We do not arrange or pay for this.
For larger orders the is a 30% re-stocking charge. (30% of original purchase price including VAT)

Shower Doors & Bath Screens

  • Goods must be in re-saleable condition
  • Complete & UNOPENED within their ORIGINAL packaging.
  • No additional writing on the box. i.e our address.
  • Returned within 14 days of receiving your order.

If the above conditions have not been met we reserve the right to return the goods to you without notice.
All returns are potentially subject to a non negotiable 30% restocking charge. (30% of original purchase price including VAT) WHY ? To cover the costs incurred through postage , packaging , administration & re-stocking.
CANCELLED ORDERS-
if you have ordered in error, if possible we will try to cancel your order prior to dispatch. Notification must be given by e-mail.
